"I took them to the optician got new Rx lenses and now have both a great pair of glasses and clip on “World Class” sunglasses with the magnet and clip on sunglasses. Great with the 50% off US Lifesaving Association discount. Can’t stop this 62 year old lifeguard for life."
"I tried all 3 Hobie DUO frames and settled on Lennox. I paid with my HSA benefits card, and then submitted an out-of-network claim to my VSP vision insurance and got over half the cost back from them. Then I took the frames to my local optometrist shop, and they filled my progressive bifocal prescription with lightweight Crizal polycarbonate lenses; this time using my in-network benefit through my VSP vision insurance. I am very happy with my new glasses. They fit great, needed no adjustment, and are comfortable and light for all day wear. I wear them as my regular eyeglasses, and then just clip on the sunglasses when I am outdoors. They came with the grey polarized magnetic clip-on sunglasses, and I also purchased the copper and the blue/green mirror clip-ons, as well as a Hobie floating retainer (just in case I capsize my Hobie kayak again LOL). The clip-ons fit the frames so seamlessly that it's really hard to tell that it's not a one-piece prescription sunglasses frame. Very easy to clip on or off with one hand, without even taking the glasses off. The included Hobie case is great because it holds all of the clip-on sunglasses in separate pockets, as well as the glasses."
